Job Summary
Serve food and liquor responsibly while ensuring guest safety through ID verification and age checks. Perform daily tasks including cleaning, stocking, organizing, and maintaining bus tables before, during, and after dining experiences. Expedite food with correct sauces and modifications, and host guests by greeting them, verifying vaccination proof, and managing reservations and waitlists. Accurately take orders, promote products, and provide support and training to colleagues as required. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures while maintaining audit track records and developing effective relationships with supporting departments.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Position requires walking/standing for extended periods of time
- Position may require heavy lifting up to 160.5lbs (kegs, furniture, etc.)
- Strong hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess a current Proserve status
- Team player with a positive Attitude
- Strong Beer Culture Knowledge
- Trustworthy
Desired Qualifications
- Entry level Beer Server Cicerone certification preferred
