Job Summary
Greet guests courteously, guide them through beverage and food ordering with specific suggestions, and confidently describe all menu items. Deliver beverages and food efficiently while maintaining engagement to ensure a positive experience, then close the guest experience by collecting payment and inviting them to return. Clean and prepare tables for new guests, support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies, and keep the environment clean and organized. Practice teamwork during all shifts, working cohesively with FOH and BOH priorities while following the direction of Managers on duty. Supports and follows all Marketing initiatives. Requires a minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor, Late Night shift availability between 12 AM – 3 AM, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
- Ability to work Late Night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM – 3AM
- Works assigned scheduled shifts
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (i.e Serv Save, TIPs, etc) required
- Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
- Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
Desired Qualifications
- Food handling certificate a plus
