Job Summary
Greet every customer within two minutes of seating with a friendly, out-spoken attitude and a "WOW" welcome. Demonstrate complete knowledge of the Amici menu, ingredients, cooking methods, and beverage options including alcohol to upsell effectively at all levels. Converse with guests to ensure comfort while addressing any problems immediately by escalating to management when necessary. Execute all side work as directed, follow checklists, and maintain Amici standards by checking out the restaurant and adhering to the philosophy of continuous improvement. Master the Aloha system and uphold money responsibilities while working collaboratively with management and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to converse with customers about ingredients and cooking methods
- Full knowledge of the menu and all items and prices
- Ability to up sell items
- Full knowledge of the beverage menu including alcohol
- Clear and perfect understanding of the menu
- Knowledge of money responsibilities
- Ability to use Aloha
- Knowledge of Amici standards
- Understanding of philosophy of Continuous Improvement
- Ability to check out the restaurant to Amici standards
