Job Summary
Provide guest service in an upscale wine-tasting restaurant environment; greet guests, take orders for drinks, coordinate with bar and kitchen, maintain sanitation and guest satisfaction, and ensure compliance with liquor regulations. Requires minimum two years of server experience in an upscale setting, ServSafe/Food Handler certification and OLCC permit, and Alcohol Awareness Certification. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; experience with Tock, Toast, and Wine Direct is preferred. Strong people skills, professionalism, and flexibility with scheduling are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two-year-related server experience in upscale restaurant setting or equivalent training/experience
- Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification and OLCC permit
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations)
- Ability to work varied hours including outside regularly scheduled hours
