Job Summary
Take customer food and drink orders, prepare itemized checks, and accept payments while escorting guests to tables and clearing them. Check patron identification for alcohol compliance and ensure all tables remain stocked, tidy, and clean. Operate the P.O.S. system, perform cashiering functions for closing checks, and execute opening and closing procedures per station rotation. Maintain Aimbridge Hospitality standards and comply with Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers certifications. Service guests warmly and professionally across the restaurant and lounge.
Required Qualifications
- Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Food Handlers certification
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field
