Job Summary
Provide attentive breakfast, brunch, or dinner service by greeting guests, guiding menu selections, and taking accurate food and beverage orders. Deliver meals promptly while maintaining dining area cleanliness and collaborating with kitchen staff for smooth operations. Perform well during high-volume shifts including weekends and holidays, standing and walking up to eight hours per shift. Carry trays safely and handle spills or glassware with care in a fast-paced environment. Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire and Alcohol Server Certification if required. Required Qualifications
- Reliable and able to work flexible shifts including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong communicators with a guest first mindset
- Energetic positive and service driven
- Detail oriented and able to multitask efficiently
- Team oriented and respectful
- Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
- Must obtain Alcohol Server Certification if required by role or location
- Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
- Must be able to carry trays food and beverages safely and efficiently
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and twisting
- Must be able to work quickly and safely in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to handle spills glassware and cleaning chemicals safely
- Must be able to maintain stamina and focus during busy service periods
