Job Summary
Greet guests promptly and professionally across breakfast buffet, restaurant dining, bar service, and in-room dining areas. Provide attentive service, anticipate needs, and upsell food and beverage items while maintaining menu knowledge. Set up, maintain, and break down buffets according to standards, ensuring proper replenishment and temperature control. Take accurate orders via POS or phone, monitor alcohol consumption, and deliver room service trays promptly. Maintain sanitation, safety, and food handling standards throughout the fast-paced hotel environment. Both AM and PM shifts are available, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Curren Food Handlers Permit
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hotel, or food service experience preferred
- Hotel or hospitality experience
- POS system experience
- Alcohol service certification (if required by state/local law)
- Strong multitasking and teamwork abilities
