Job Summary
Provide attentive dining service, take and relay orders, deliver food and beverages promptly, upsell specials and menu items, guide guests in selections, explain Rewards Program benefits, maintain a clean dining area, process payments, and collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays
