Job Summary
Provide hospitable and customized service to guests, learn the menu to explain offerings, and perform opening and closing duties. Partner with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while meeting the minimum age requirement of 18. Some weekends, weekdays, and holidays are required. Chili's, a Dallas-based casual dining leader since 1975, offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules with a focus on big burgers, house smoked ribs, and hand-shaken margaritas.
