Job Summary
Take customer food and drink orders, serve meals and beverages, and prepare itemized checks while accepting payments. Escort guests to tables, set up and clear surfaces, and operate the cash register to process transactions. Verify patron identification to ensure compliance with minimum age requirements for alcohol. Maintain tidy, stocked tables and side stands throughout the shift. Clear and reset tables as needed, manage opening and closing procedures per station rotation, and perform other assigned tasks. Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards, Alcohol Awareness, and Food Handlers certification requirements. Required Qualifications
- Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations)
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
