Job Summary
Take resident meal orders and serve meals correctly and efficiently in the dining room. Deliver orders to resident apartments upon request, set tables with napkins and tableware, and refill condiments and salt and pepper shakers. Maintain the salad and dessert counter supply, clean dining room tables and chairs, and vacuum the dining room. Perform other duties as needed while working flexible shifts. High school diploma or equivalent required; similar experience preferable. This role supports the overall wellbeing of residents at Sunscape Boca Raton, a premier senior living community.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Similar experience preferable
- Experience in senior living
