Job Summary
Provide first-line support for server operations, health monitoring, and routine maintenance across Windows and Linux environments. Monitor performance metrics including CPU, memory, and disk usage while applying OS patches, security updates, and antivirus software. Create, modify, and delete user accounts to manage access permissions, and troubleshoot basic operating system and server-related issues. Assist with hardware replacements and upgrades for components such as HDDs and RAM. Escalate, track, and document incidents through the ticketing system. This role requires 3 to 5 years of experience and is located in Hyderabad.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 Years experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems
- Understanding of server monitoring, performance management, and troubleshooting
- Experience with user account administration and access control
- Familiarity with patch management and antivirus administration
- Basic knowledge of server hardware components and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
