Job Summary
Server provides dining service to residents in an assisted living community with a warm, professional demeanor. Responsibilities include greeting residents, taking orders, stocking and cleaning dining areas, serving meals and beverages promptly and courteously, restocking condiments, bussing and resetting tables, and communicating resident feedback to the Director of Food Service. Must follow safety and sanitation rules and maintain a clean workstation; role requires adherence to resident dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality in all service activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of experience in an assisted living community preferred
- Duties include greeting residents, serving meals, sanitation, and following safety rules
