Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, present menus, and direct customers to their tables while ensuring a positive dining experience. Deliver food and drinks, replenish utensils and glasses, and remove courses efficiently. Communicate specific customer needs to the kitchen and suggest dishes or drinks based on menu knowledge. Prepare tables by laying out napkins and utensils, refilling condiments, and performing basic cleaning tasks. Handle bookings, process payments, issue receipts, and return change. Maintain grooming standards, adhere to MH Restaurants policies, and complete required training. Fill in for absent staff and assist with special events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays
- Valid Food Handler Certificate required
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous guest service/serving experience preferred
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Flexible schedule helpful
