Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, prepare tables, and deliver food, drinks, and desserts while ensuring a positive dining experience. Handle table bookings, present menus, suggest dishes, and communicate specific customer needs to the kitchen. Manage payments, issue receipts, and perform basic cleaning tasks as needed. Stay updated on menu choices, specialties, and kitchen inventory. Adhere to grooming standards, complete required training, and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Fill in for absent staff and assist with special events as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays
- Valid Food Handler Certificate required
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous guest service/serving experience preferred
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Flexible schedule helpful
