Job Summary
Greet residents and foster connection in the dining room, prepping tables and rolling silverware to ensure smooth service. Buss tables, sweep floors, and assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including post-fall support. Communicate with supervisors regarding dietary habits, appetite changes, and resident absences. Work Friday and Saturday shifts from 4:00pm to 7:30pm at Westbury in Columbia, MO. This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a criminal clearance requirement. Arrow Senior Living promotes from within and offers shift differentials for weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- At least sixteen (16) years of age
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to assist persons after a fall
- Criminal clearance
