Job Summary
Position—Server at Arrow Senior Living, Boulevard St Charles, 3330 Ehlmann Rd, St Charles, MO 63301. Part-time shift schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 4:00pm–7:30pm. Responsibilities include greeting residents and making them feel welcome, being present in the dining room, mingling, entertaining, and fostering an environment where residents can connect; assisting with meal service, prep for service, bussing tables, keeping dining areas tidy; communicating with supervisors about changes in residents' dietary needs or appetite, and observing changes for wellness. Requires standing/walking, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and ability to assist residents as needed. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude toward residents
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Criminal background check clearance
