Job Summary
Server position to greet guests, take food and drink orders, deliver orders in a timely manner, check back with guests to ensure satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, follow California Health & Safety Code guidelines, promote teamwork on the gaming floor and dining room, enforce Responsible Beverage Service and liquor policies, provide a fun superior gaming and dining experience by building rapport with guests, and report unsafe practices or underage or intoxicated individuals to management. Attend AML/BSA training as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or team members
- Basic math skills
- Reasoning ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Familiarity with safety rules and operating procedures in food/beverage service and gaming environments
- Ability to comply with California Health & Safety Code and AML/BSA training requirements
