Job Summary
Greet guests, inform them of specials and menu changes, and make personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver items from the kitchen and bar in a timely manner. Conduct age verification for alcohol service, monitor guest consumption, and ensure satisfaction by promptly addressing requests. Prepare final bills, process payments, and assist bussers with clearing tables. Maintain clean service areas and perform side work as required by the service station assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- Valid Alcohol Service Certification
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Minimum one year experience as a server
- Basic knowledge of dining room operations and service procedures
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop lift and carry up to 40 lbs. or more
