Job Summary
Greet guests, inform them of specials and menu changes, and make personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point of sale system, and deliver items from the kitchen and bar promptly. Conduct age verification for alcohol service, manage guest liquor consumption, and monitor dining experiences to ensure satisfaction. Maintain clean service areas, prepare final bills, process payments, and assist fellow servers or bussers as needed. Stand and walk for extended periods while lifting up to 40 lbs in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- Valid Alcohol Service Certification
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Minimum one year experience as a server
- Basic knowledge of dining room operations and service procedures
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop lift and carry up to 40 lbs. or more
