Job Summary
Greet residents, mingle in the dining room, and foster an environment where they can connect. Prepare tables, salads, and silverware for service; buss tables and sweep floors to maintain community standards. Communicate with supervisors regarding poor dietary habits, unusual appetite changes, or resident absences. Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and provide post-fall assistance. Work Wednesday through Saturday from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. You must be at least 16, have an 8th-grade English proficiency, be criminally cleared, and possess the physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- At least sixteen (16) years of age
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to assist persons after a fall
- Criminal clearance
