Job Summary
Welcome every guest with a warm attitude, guide them through the menu with knowledgeable recommendations on sushi, sake, and cocktails, and accurately enter orders into the POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly while monitoring satisfaction, maintaining a clean and stocked section, and completing opening, running, and closing side work. Process payments, verify identification for alcohol service, and communicate effectively with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing for extended periods while lifting up to 30 pounds.
