Job Summary
Greet residents, make them feel welcome, and foster an environment where they can connect while dining. Prep tables, serve salads, and roll silverware to ensure successful meal service. Bus tables, sweep floors, and assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including post-fall support. Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when observing poor dietary habits, unusual appetite changes, or resident absences. Work Monday through Sunday from 3:30pm to 7:30pm in Highland Heights, OH. You must be at least 16, have an 8th-grade English proficiency, be criminally cleared, and possess the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform active duties all day.
Required Qualifications
- At least sixteen (16) years of age
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to assist persons after a fall
- Criminal clearance
