Job Summary
Greet residents, prepare tables and salads, and maintain dining room tidiness while fostering an environment where residents can connect. Communicate with supervisors and Wellness staff when observing poor dietary habits, unusual appetite changes, or resident absences. Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and provide support after falls. Work Monday and Friday shifts from 3:30pm to 7:30pm at the Kentridge location in Kent, OH. This role is ideal for someone who loves our residents and wants to grow with Arrow Senior Living, where we promote from within and value employee appreciation.
Required Qualifications
- At least sixteen (16) years of age
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to assist persons after a fall
- Criminal clearance
