Job Summary
Server 2 acts as the lead in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring service standards are upheld. This role involves overseeing service operations, guiding Server 1 team members, and addressing member complaints. Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, knowledge of the menu, organizing workstations, and collaborating with management. The position requires effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety guidelines, while assisting with additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
