Job Summary
Lead food and beverage service operations by maintaining high standards, overseeing 3steps of service, and managing complex guest issues. Guide Server 1 team members through menu knowledge, assign duties with management, and resolve complaints using service recovery practices. Organize workstations, ensure compliance with safety policies, and attend daily briefings to support club operations. Work extended shifts including weekends and holidays, lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally, while adhering to Invited's service training programs and certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
