Job Summary
Greet guests, take beverage and food orders, and prepare food and beverages for service in compliance with health and safety regulations. Accurately enter orders into the POS system and serve residents and guests with accuracy, timeliness, and courtesy. Address resident concerns regarding food quality and service by collaborating with supervisors and managers, while providing continuous feedback on preparation and taste. Maintain clean waitstaff stations, complete opening and closing duties, and participate in emergency drills for fires, alarms, and hurricanes. This short-term, full-time opportunity at Arcadia Retirement Residence on 15 Craigside requires availability for any day of the week, with a pay rate of $18.18 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Prior customer service experience
- Use of computers
- Working knowledge of POS system
- Working knowledge of software applications to input and research data
- Ability to stand
