Job Summary
Greet residents, entertain them in the dining room, and foster connection while bussing tables, sweeping floors, and prepping meals for service. Observe dietary habits and appetite changes to communicate with supervisors and wellness staff, and assist residents with mobility, standing, and post-fall recovery. This as-needed server role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a criminal clearance requirement. Required Qualifications
- At least sixteen (16) years of age
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude

- Ability to assist persons after a fall
- Criminal clearance
