Job Summary
Greet residents, mingle, and foster connection in the dining room while bussing tables, sweeping floors, and prepping meals for service. Communicate with supervisors regarding dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite, and assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking as needed. This role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day, with the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and assist persons after a fall. You must be at least 16 years old, have an 8th-grade English proficiency, and be criminally cleared. Work Friday and Saturday shifts from 11:30am to 7:30pm at Crestone in Olathe, KS.
Required Qualifications
- At least sixteen (16) years of age
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to assist persons after a fall
- Criminal clearance
