Job Summary
Server 1 delivers exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, greets guests by name, maintains knowledge of the menu and features, supports dining area operations, completes daily assignments with attention to presentation and cleanliness, and upholds Invited’s service standards. Must have strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; capable of standing for extended periods and meeting safety and certification requirements. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior F&B experience, and relevant state certifications. The role emphasizes hospitality, guest satisfaction, and professional conduct within a club environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
