Job Summary
Server 1 delivers exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, upholds Invited’s service standards, and supports dining-area operations as a non-lead team member. Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting and knowledgeably describing menu items and daily features, executing orders promptly, handling guest concerns with service recovery, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and adhering to safety and club policies. Requires standing/walking for extended periods, ability to work in varying temperatures, and lifting up to 100 lbs. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior F&B service experience, current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
