Job Summary
Server 1 is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service, executing timely orders, and maintaining high service standards at Invited. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, effective communication skills, teamwork abilities, and previous food and beverage service experience. Responsibilities include greeting members, handling guest complaints, completing daily assignments, and ensuring cleanliness and organization. Employees must follow safe working practices and maintain a clean uniform. This part-time position also requires attendance as per a weekly schedule, with additional hours during weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
