Job Summary
Server 1 is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests at Invited. This role focuses on maintaining high service standards through warm welcomes, teamwork, and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include providing timely food and beverage service, ensuring knowledge of the menu, handling member complaints, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and supporting management with additional duties. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be physically able to meet the demands of the job, and possess excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
