Server 1 delivers exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, applying Invited’s service standards through warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells; collaborates with team to ensure a seamless dining experience, maintains knowledge of the à la carte menu and daily features, handles guest concerns with recovery techniques, performs daily side work and maintains cleanliness and safety, and adheres to club policies while supporting ongoing personal and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
