Job Summary
Server 1 delivers exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, applying Invited’s service standards with warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Responsibilities include: providing timely food and beverage service, maintaining knowledge of the à la carte menu and daily features, greeting members by name, ensuring a seamless dining experience through teamwork, addressing member/guest concerns with service recovery techniques, completing daily assignments and side work, upholding cleanliness, organization, and safety, supporting management with additional duties, and maintaining required certifications relevant to the role. The role requires standing for extended periods, ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, and compliance with club policies and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
