Job Summary
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders timely while applying the 3-steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Maintain high service standards by following the Invited F&B training program, ensuring complete knowledge of the à la carte menu including daily features and specials. Greet members by name to foster a seamless dining experience, assist fellow employees through teamwork, and handle complaints using service recovery techniques. Complete daily assignments and side work to keep areas organized, clean, and well-stocked, while adhering to club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety. Support management by taking on additional duties as assigned and attend daily briefings to stay informed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
