Job Summary
Server 1 delivers exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, applying Invited’s service standards and the 3-steps of service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Works with team to ensure a seamless dining experience, supports overall dining area operations, maintains knowledge of the menu/features, greets members by name, handles guest concerns with service recovery, ensures cleanliness and safety, and contributes to member satisfaction and retention. Requires ability to stand and move for extended periods, ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, and adherence to club policies; certifications as required by state/city regulations; availability for weekends and holidays; participation in ongoing training and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
