Job Summary
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests by executing orders timely and applying the 3-steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Greet members by name, ensure complete knowledge of the à la carte menu including daily features and specials, and handle complaints using service recovery techniques. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety while completing daily assignments, side work, and additional duties as assigned by management. Stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods, lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally, while adhering to all company policies and attending daily briefings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
