Job Summary
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders timely while applying warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Maintain high service standards by following the Invited F&B training program, ensuring complete menu knowledge, and greeting members by name. Handle guest complaints using service recovery techniques and resolve issues promptly with regional support. Complete daily assignments, side work, and additional duties as assigned to support seamless dining experiences and maintain organized, clean work areas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
