Job Summary
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders timely while applying the 3-steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Maintain high service standards through the Invited F&B training program, ensuring complete menu knowledge of daily features and specials. Greet members by name, handle complaints with service recovery techniques, and complete daily assignments to keep work areas organized, clean, and well-stocked. Support the team by assisting fellow employees, following club safety and cleanliness standards, and completing additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Must be able to work weekends and/or holidays
