Job Summary
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders timely while applying the 3-steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Maintain high service standards by following the Invited F&B training program, ensuring complete menu knowledge including daily features and specials. Greet members by name, handle complaints with service recovery techniques, and support team members to ensure a seamless dining experience. Complete daily assignments, side work, and additional duties as assigned by management, while adhering to club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
