Job Summary
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders timely while applying warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Maintain high service standards by completing Invited's F&B training, ensuring complete menu knowledge, and handling complaints with service recovery techniques. Greet members by name, support team members for seamless experiences, and complete daily assignments to keep work areas organized, clean, and stocked. Follow club standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism while assisting with additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
