Job Summary
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders timely while applying the 3-steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Maintain high service standards by completing Invited's F&B training, ensuring full menu knowledge including daily features and specials, and greeting members by name. Handle member or guest complaints using service recovery techniques to resolve issues promptly. Complete daily assignments and side work to keep areas organized, clean, and well-stocked, while supporting the F&B Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager as a non-lead role. Assist fellow employees to ensure a seamless dining experience and maintain club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
