Job Summary
The Server is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, providing fast, friendly, and courteous service within a team environment. Key responsibilities include taking orders, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring sufficient inventory levels. Candidates must be able to read instruction documents, communicate effectively, and maintain a clean work environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with a valid state driver’s license. Candidates should be willing to work odd hours and undergo cross-training as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and instructions
- Ability to take oral and written instructions and communicate effectively
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license or state ID
- Must be willing to cross train for all positions as assigned by management
- Ability to comply with all other requirements as specified within the CIEDA Personnel Policies and Procedures
- Must work as a Server (1) for 6 months to be considered for promotion
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a friendly/fast manner
- Must possess a high level of maturity with leadership qualities
Additional Requirements
- Internal Promotion must work as a server for 6 months, complete 90-day probational period, and meet basic positional requirements
