Job Summary
Experienced server needed for busy Corpus Christi bar/restaurant. Responsibilities include taking and serving orders, preparing and serving beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), mixing classic and innovative cocktails, recommending beverages, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience, keeping the bar clean and stocked, checking IDs for legal drinking age, and collaborating with teammates in a fast-paced setting. Bonus pay available for continued employment through September 1st. Sundays off. Location at Black Sheep Bistro & The Barrel Wine × Cocktails in Corpus Christi; shift availability 5 days/nights per week.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional and positive disposition
- Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
