Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly approach, sharing knowledge of craft beer, fresh food, and seasonal items. Educate patrons on the menu and ensure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Proactively engage guests while delivering food or beverages, and collaborate with management on any issues. Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including the "Clean As You Go" policy with pre-bussing tables. Complete opening, closing, and side-work assignments while utilizing the computer POS system. Must be able to stand for 8+ hours and work flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Strong customer service & interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand on your feet for up to 8+ hours
- Mental capacity to utilize computer POS system
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends & holidays

- 2+ years of hospitality, sales, or customer service experience
