Job Summary
Greet guests and deliver friendly, efficient service at Ghost Isle Brewery’s pub with a focus on craft beer knowledge and fresh food. Educate patrons on seasonal items and drinks, ensure accurate and timely orders, assist with table maintenance, collaborate with management on guest issues, maintain cleanliness under sanitation policies, and perform opening/closing and side-work. Requires strong customer service, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and POS skills; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Part-time opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Strong customer service & interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand on your feet for up to 8+ hours
- Mental capacity to utilize computer POS system
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends & holidays
