Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Serliana Café, room service, and minibar while supporting F&B operational strategy including guest service excellence, product quality, and inventory control. Drive guest satisfaction by monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and implementing continuous improvements. Collaborate with the F&B Director to develop creative menus and marketing strategies that contribute to revenue growth. Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs. Uphold regulatory standards for health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or culinary arts, three years of management experience, and local language proficiency. Salary range is $65,000-$85,000 with bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
- 3+ years' related experience, including management experience
- Must speak local language
- Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies
