Job Summary
Internship to support competitive intelligence, market analysis, and strategic initiatives across scientific, clinical, competitive, and commercial landscapes. Responsibilities include end-to-end market and competitive intelligence activities with autonomy, analyzing scientific literature and company disclosures, building and maintaining structured datasets, dashboards, and scalable tools, and communicating findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders to inform timely strategic alignment. The role supports broader strategic initiatives such as business development evaluations, portfolio strategy, and operational planning, and seeks opportunities to improve processes by incorporating AI/ML-enabled tools and automation into intelligence workflows.
Required Qualifications
- PhD strongly preferred; Advanced degree in a life sciences discipline required (e.g., biology, biochemistry, chemistry, biomedical engineering)
- Working knowledge of the life sciences and biopharmaceutical industry, including drug discovery, development, and commercialization
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured insights
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work product in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with programming, data science, AI/ML tools, or computational workflows is a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a self-driven, collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
