Serbian-Speaking Support Associate (Full-Time, Belgrade)

Serbian-speaking Support Associate responsible for assisting customers, courier partners and venues via live chat and phone; ensuring that delivery operations run smoothly; developing the support function together with the support team as well as other teams within Wolt; requires great communication skills with a customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset, ability to work in shifts in mornings, evenings and weekends, and fluency in Serbian with professional working proficiency in English. The role is full-time in Belgrade with a hybrid schedule (office and remote days).
